We may charge an appointment fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than two business days notice.
Fees and Coverage
We want your visit to our clinic to go as smoothly and comfortably as possible. We’ve made our office policies available for you to review before your appointment.
Our fees are based on the BC Dental Associations fee guide. Our dedicated staff work hard to ensure our services are worth the fees we charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash for payment.
Our administration team is happy to help you with your dental insurance. In most cases, we can direct bill your dental plan. However, we do encourage you to be familiar with the terms and conditions of your dental coverage as the amount settled by the insurance company may be affected by such factors as annual limits of coverage, non-coverage of certain procedures, etc. If you have a dental plan, please fill out our dental insurance forms in advance of your appointment. This will enable us to bill your dental plan provider more efficiently.
