Scheduling Appointments

We love to help people schedule their ongoing dental hygiene and care.

At the end of your visit to our clinic, be sure to discuss your availability for future appointments with our receptionist. We will get your next visit scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time. We are also happy to remind you of upcoming appointments via email, text or phone call – just let us know which you prefer.

If you have a scheduled appointment you are unable to make, please call us as soon as possible so they we can reschedule your care as soon as possible.

We may charge an appointment fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than two business days notice.

Fees and Coverage

We want your visit to our clinic to go as smoothly and comfortably as possible. We’ve made our office policies available for you to review before your appointment.

Our fees are based on the BC Dental Associations fee guide. Our dedicated staff work hard to ensure our services are worth the fees we charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit,  and cash for payment.

Our administration team is happy to help you with your dental insurance. In most cases, we can direct bill your dental plan. However, we do encourage you to be familiar with the terms and conditions of your dental coverage as the amount settled by the insurance company may be affected by such factors as annual limits of coverage, non-coverage of certain procedures, etc. If you have a dental plan, please fill out our dental insurance forms in advance of your appointment. This will enable us to bill your dental plan provider more efficiently.
